There are a variety of speaking opportunities at the Business Group on Health Annual Conference available to sponsors.

• Conference Sessions are 30 to 45 minute presentations and require an employer to present.
• The Innovation Spotlights are 20-minute sessions specifically designed for early-stage companies or companies with emerging solutions.

Only active member companies are eligible to submit a “Call for Ideas” session proposal and sponsor the event. Membership must be active through the last day of the conference. To inquire about your company’s membership status, please contact [email protected]. Please note, employer co-presenters are not required to be members.

Active member companies may submit up to two "Call for Ideas" session proposals of relevance to an employer audience. In addition, member companies may submit a third proposal that is uniquely focused on a global topic and addresses the multi-country needs of global employers.

We accept Call for Ideas proposals beginning in September through October each year for the Business Group on Health Annual Conference, typically held in April.
