   1. If the client is a member of the National Business Group on Health, yes you can submit on their behalf.
   2. If the client is not a member they must join the National Business Group on Health in order to have their program evaluated.
      
      
4. If my company is a member of another "Business Group on Health," can we still apply?
   1. No, all applicants must be members of the National Business Group on Health.
      
      
5. Is there an application fee?
   1. No, the application is open only to National Business Group on Health members and there is no additional fee to apply.
      
      
6. When is the application deadline?
   1. All applications must be received by March 31, 2010, midnight EST
      
      
7. Can we submit communication samples?
   1. No, the application allows for ROI documentation only.
      
      
8. Are we required to submit documentation of ROI?
   1. No, ROI documentation is used to help support Section VI.

10. Will the data we share be kept confidential and be used expressly for this application?
    1. Yes, all judges are required to sign a confidentially agreement as part of the judging process.
    2. The National Business Group on Health staff will obtain permission to use any data submitted for any future projects, and will de-identify when necessary.
       
       
11. What happens if we apply for a certain level award, but the judges score the application above or below that level?
    1. Judges score all programs based on the merits of the program presented in the application. You will receive the award level agreed upon by the judging panel that reviews your application.
       
       
12. When will I be notified of my award level?
    1. The primary and secondary contacts listed in the application will be notified the week of May 10th.
       
       
13. When is the awards ceremony?
    1. June 14, 2010, 6:30 pm EST, at the Park Hyatt, Washington DC in conjunction with the annual Leadership Summit
       
       
14. What is the length of recognition?
    1. One year, you must re-apply every year for continued recognition.
