Employee Assistance Programs Outside the U.S.:
A Toolkit for Employers
As companies become increasingly global, multinational employers continue to search for more ways to improve the health and productivity of their employees around the world. One way that employers are working toward this goal is by implementing employee assistance program(s) (EAPs) globally. In fall 2010, the Global Business Group on Health formed an EAP workgroup to explore employee assistance programs outside the United States and to develop a comprehensive toolkit that would address the needs of employers as they consider implementing these programs in their global locations.
