Hotel Information

Business Health Agenda 2010 will be held at the JW Marriott Hotel located at 1331 Pennsylvania Avenue NW Washington DC 20004. The hotel's outstanding location in the heart on Washington, just off the National Mall and near the White House, is one block from Washington's Metro system, and just 15 minutes from Reagan National Airport, which adds to the ease of travel throughout the Washington DC area.

A block of rooms has been reserved for the conference from Tuesday 3/9 through Friday 3/12, 2010 at the special rate of $302 Single/Double plus applicable taxes (currently 14.5%).

The hotel's standard check-in time is 4pm and checkout is at noon. The cut off date for hotel reservations at the conference rate is Friday February 19, 2010 or when the reserved block of rooms sells out (whichever comes first).

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Please know that a 14 day cancellation policy will apply and a one night's room and tax will be charged if your reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to your arrival.
