A block of rooms has been reserved for the conference from Tuesday 3/9 through Friday 3/12, 2010 at the special rate of $302 Single/Double plus applicable taxes (currently 14.5%).
To make your reservations, contact the JW Marriott Hotel at 1-800-228-9290 or 202-393-2000 and please identify yourself as a Business Health Agenda 2010 participant to secure the special conference room rate.
The hotel's standard check-in time is 4pm and checkout is at noon. The cut off date for hotel reservations at the conference rate is Friday February 19, 2010 or when the reserved block of rooms sells out (whichever comes first).

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Please know that a 14 day cancellation policy will apply and a one night's room and tax will be charged if your reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to your arrival.
