Lasting Weight Loss – The Top 12 Ways to Keep it Off

This Toolkit is the result of ongoing dialogue with large employers who tell us that, although weight loss receives more attention, it is weight maintenance that matters most. The National Business Group on Health, its Institute on the Costs and Health Effects of Obesity and Weight Watchers International have partnered to bring you this Toolkit which synthesizes the best available information and evidence about what works from the published literature, the National Weight Control Registry, and the Science Center at WeightWatchers.com.

All of the material in this Toolkit is available to National Business Group on Health members for their own use. In particular, the 12 short articles, authored by Weight Watchers® Chief Scientific Officer, Karen Miller-Kovach, are specifically designed for employers to reprint, brand and use with their own employees, dependents and retirees. Companies can choose to publish one each month or post the entire collection on an intranet site. As Business Group members, feel free to customize by adding your own logo, and by referencing your own employee programs in the Editor's Notes Sections.

There are five sections included (Power Point Presentation, Articles Geared to Employers, Articles Geared to Employees, Article Geared to Employers and Employees, and Reference Guide).
