The Messaging, Marketing, and Research workgroup looks at the different ways new tools and resources are being made available and communicated to consumers in order to promote use. By learning from leading experts and successful marketers, members hope to develop ways to increase awareness and availability of programs and options.

Objectives:
  • Look at the guiding principles of consumerism and investigate marketing strategies to reach family decision makers
  • Look at plan selection and medical care by an empowered consumer
  • Learn from leading experts and successful marketer’s
  • Move from communicating to marketing
