Jennifer Sponsler
Program Analyst

Jennifer Sponsler is a Program Analyst in the Institute on Health, Productivity and Human Capital at the National Business Group on Health. Jennifer is part of a team who develops practical solutions and tools for large employers that address employee health and productivity, population health and organizational performance. She is responsible for coordinating the expansion and use of EMPAQ metrics and providing oversight to the Business Group's National Conference on Health, Productivity and Human Capital.

Prior to joining the Business Group, Jennifer was a Health Communications Fellow at the National Cancer Institute (NCI), part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH). She worked for the Research Dissemination and Diffusion team within the Division of Cancer Control and Population Sciences where she developed tools for disseminating evidence-based cancer control research and interventions. While at NCI, Jennifer was a special recipient of a public health leadership and career development program sponsored by C-Change. Jennifer has also served as a Research Program Coordinator for the American Institute for Cancer Research where she managed a multi-million dollar grant portfolio and coordinated domestic and international research conferences. In graduate school, Jennifer was a Learning Team Consultant for the Pennsylvania Governor's School for Healthcare, a health career development program for gifted high school students.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from The George Washington University and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Pittsburgh.
