Program Associate
Natashia McNair is a Program Associate for the Institute on Health, Productivity and Human Capital at the National Business Group on Health, EMPAQ®, and the National Conference on Health, Productivity, and Human Capital. Natashia supports the EMPAQ® Help Desk which supports Business Group Members and Non-Members. Natashia provides program support to the Institute on Health, Productivity, and Human Capital. She also serves as a major contact for the National Conference on Health, Productivity, and Human Capital.
Before joining the National Business Group on Health, Natashia worked over seven years in the Telecommunications Industry as an IT Analyst and Program Assistant for organizations such as Lockheed Martin and The Environmental Protection Agency. She also worked at Financial Management Services in assisting former military officials, turned Metropolitan Police Officers and Firefighters with obtaining their military credit and retirement pension payouts.
