Stacy Hodgins
Director, Institute on Health, Productivity, and Human Capital

Stacy Hodgins is the Director of the Institute on Health, Productivity, and Human Capital. She joined the National Business Group on Health in June of 2008 and leads the effort to develop practical solutions and tools for large employers that address employee health and productivity, population health and organizational performance. She is responsible for guiding and expanding EMPAQ®, Employer Measures of Productivity, Absence and Quality, a set of standardized metrics and benchmarking tools to help employers evaluate the effectiveness of their health and productivity management programs. In addition, Ms. Hodgins oversees the planning of the Business Group's National Conference on Health, Productivity, and Human Capital.

Most recently, Ms. Hodgins advised Fortune 100 companies and health plans on the topics of health, productivity, and program integrity as an independent consultant. She has prior experience as a client and consulting manager with both Thomson Reuters and HDMS. At Thomson, Ms. Hodgins was the Health and Productivity Management practice lead and played key roles in metric and analytic design. She has also served as a Research Fellow at the National Institute on Occupational Safety and Health studying health effects related to chemical and environmental exposures and at the American Cancer Society where she contributed to a National Cancer Institute Monograph on the epidemiology of lung cancer and smoking.

Ms. Hodgins holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Harvard as well as a Masters of Public Health focusing on Epidemiology and Environmental and Occupational Health from the Rollins School at Emory University.
