David Fogle
Vice President, Finance, Administration and Human Resources

David Fogle joined the National Business Group on Health in August 2004. He oversees The Business Group's accounting, finance, human resources, information technology and general office administration functions.

Mr. Fogle has more than eighteen years of financial management and accounting experience in both the for profit and non-profit sectors including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, grant and contract management, compliance, and financial reporting.

Before joining the Business Group, Mr. Fogle served as the Director of Finance for the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for seven years. In his role he was responsible for the organizations $25 million operating and capital budget; he oversaw the $50 million grant and contract management process; and he prepared the annual strategic reviews of the organizations 27 products and services.

Prior to joining NCQA Mr. Fogle was Assistant Vice President of Strategic Planning for a local regional bank. He received both his MBA and Bachelors of Business Administration – Finance degrees from Loyola College, Maryland.
